As a lover of all things over the top, I couldn’t resist this pop of bright red-orange in a relaxed jersey-silk gown from The Outnet when I came across my computer screen.  Tis the season for parties and soirees, so what the hell, right?  Now it’s well documented my love for bright lips, but in this case, a nude lip + smoky eye was a must.  I wanted to keep all jewelry to a minimum, since the dress and the purse were so dramatic on their own.  Sometimes it’s good to know when to pull back and edit.  A concept that’s still a work in progress for me.
