I’m back! It has seriously been a hot second since I last blogged.  I have had a very eventful 2018 thus far and we’re only 23 days in. One of the biggest events was mine and Meggie’s latest adventure which took us to Jackson, MS. I know what you’re thinking, but we may surprise you with our travel guide and recap coming later this week (stay tuned). I was hoping that by traveling further south and closer to the gulf that I would find a reprieve from the freezing temps that have settled in Atlanta. Yea, nope. So some of my outfits weren’t entirely weather appropriate but I made it work for a few pictures. I had seen pictures of this massive Jackson mural on Instagram and made it a must-see for Meggie and I. It’s colors worked perfectly with a new, cute tee I had brought home from JCrew.  Yes, I now own more than one striped, lip stitched tee from JCrew, but this one is short sleeves and a different shade of blue so they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. In the name of full disclosure, as soon as we were done taking pics, Meggie and I ran back to our hotel and jumped back under the covers of our beds to warm up and feel our fingers again before investigating Jackson further.
