Since I’m already wearing tons of pink for Valentine’s Day (and most other days if we’re being honest) so it should come as no surprise that I like to eat pink as well. Sugary treats are the best part of this holiday whether your single, in a relationship or somewhere in between. I’ve only recently started working with meringue and what’s fun about it is that it’s a great confection that works with most any flavors. Citrus, berries, and dark chocolate like with this little holiday inspired treat I came across. Whipping up the meringue is surprising simple so this is a recipe that is easily adaptable to other occasions with just a simple change of color and flavor.
