All hail Target for absolutely winning the summer fashion scene this year!  Between all the bags, the shoes, and now this dress that have been everywhere on Instagram and the blogospher, everyone on Target’s design team deserves a raise.  I’ve actually been meaning to post this dress for over a month now (you got a little sneak peek of it on my TBSCon recap), but life kept getting in the way.  But better late than never.  I worn this dress a number of times and in a number of different ways.  With sandals and a side braid, with platform wedges and a top knot, even knee-high gladiator sandals.  Now this is a much more affordable version of JCrew’s stunning skirt version that caused raves at it’s fashion week debut, but I think I prefer the dress over the skirt.  Either way, you can’t help but feel like America’s Next Top Model when you walk because of the way the wrapped and ruffled skirt flows with each step you take.  I swear I couldn’t help but runway walk up and down the aisles of Kroger… Sorry I’m not sorry!
