It’s really hard to beat a chocolate & strawberry combination.  Truly, the best way to eat really any fruit is when it’s covered in and served with chocolate.  I came across this recipe while scrolling through my Facebook feed and I couldn’t resist a dessert that not only incorporates an Oreo crust, but is also so easy to make, there is literally no baking.  I would advise making this the night before you plan to serve to really give the chocolate time to set As a word of caution if you’re planning to take this to an outdoor BBQ like I did… it will melt a bit though it will be no less delicious.  🙂
