This past weekend I celebrated my 29th birthday with one of my college roommates at the Fox Theatre. My favorite part of any birthday is finding the perfect outfit for the day. I fell in love with this dress because of it’s soft colors (I tend to go for items that are a bit louder) and it’s twirling potential. Never underestimate the affects of a good twirl.
