I bought this skirt several years ago because I just loved the school girl pleating but in such a vibrant shade of fuchsia.  With Easter having been this past weekend, I saw an opportunity to break this skirt out and be a walking pop of color in the typical sea of southern pastel that is so common this time of year.  What are we thinking of the new cut?
