Down in the South (maybe everywhere else too) madras is largely associated with frat boys (a group I’ve never had a huge appreciation for…sorry I’m not sorry).  But when I saw these shorts in the store, I felt the need to make them my own.  Enter sequins, fuchsia, and bright lipstick!  I decided to embrace the nautical nature of the shorts with a sequin anchor tank and a top knot.  But a fuchsia blazer, stacks of bracelets, and lucite touches add a bit of a cool twist.  Adding your own personality is what make clothes fun, right?

And yes, I did spell the title correctly.  Get familiar!
