It’s been awhile since I’ve added a new pencil skirt into the mix and I’m absolutely obsessed with this one!  The bold colors, the stripes, the frayed hem.  Love, LOVE!  I’ve always loved the business formal feel of a pencil skirt, especially when paired with a top that’s a little more casual, like this chambray button-up that’s I’ve tied up at the waist and button all the way up to the collar.  Plus it goes perfectly with the new laptop bag that I’ve been carting around lately.  Could this be a resurgence of the pencil skirt for me?  Veeeeeeeery likely.
