It’s always fun to try a classic food that’s been slightly altered to make it seem new and fresh.  Well what is more classic than chocolate chip cookies?  Everyone and their grandmother has what they believe to be the BEST chocolate chip cookie recipe.  Well allow me to put forth yet another recipe that I happen to think is the absolute best I’ve ever had.  To me, being someone with more of a savory tooth than a sweet tooth, the addition of sea salt is what sets these cookies apart from most.  I’ve been enjoying these little delights for several nights now, usually accompanied with a glass of cold milk or strawberry gelato… and sometimes both.
