Baby, It’s Cold Outside

JCrew Fair Isle Red Sweater Navy Hunter Rain Boots Kate Spade Scarf

So it’s been awhile since my last post.  That’s due in large part to me being run-down and sick from epic sneezing fits and the usual holiday run-around.  Atlanta has been cold, rainy, and grey over the last several weeks which hasn’t really lent itself to getting outside for some outfit posts.  So having said all of this, it should come as no surprise that I have been loading up on the layers as of late.  Luckily there are no shortage of bright and cozy sweaters to choose from in my closet.  This sweater has become my recent favorite because I couldn’t resist the adorable matching beanie I found to go with it (Spoiler Alert! It’s from the boys department…the hat, not the sweater because who are we kidding?).  And while I absolutely hate the cold, I would be lying if I didn’t admit to a bit of excitement at finally getting to wear this seasonally appropriate scarf from Kate Spade.  I’m such a sucker for a cheeky message.

And some really great news!  JCrew has an awesome sale going on right now with all of their adorable sweaters 40% off with the code HOLIDAY at checkout!  I’ll be shopping from the cozy comfort of my couch and a throw blanket.  😉
